LEASE AGREEMENT C (D <br />RENEWAL <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />WHEREAS , A lease agreement was made and entered into as <br />Of the 5th day of July, 1985 by and between Efland Rescue <br />Unit and Efland Volunteer Fire Company, Inc., LESSOR Party <br />of the First Part, and Orange County, LESSEE , Part of the <br />Second Part, for premises known as the Efland Rescue Unit <br />Building in Efland, North Carolina. <br />WHEREAS , the LESSOR and the LESSEE wish to renew the lease <br />agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE , LESSOR and LESSEE mutually agree to the <br />following: <br />(1) The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br />of one year commencing on July 1, 1987 and <br />terminate at 12:00 midnight on June 30, 1988. <br />(2) All other terms and conditions will remain the <br />same. <br />This agreed to, the 0040ko day of Kj..) 1987. <br />Part olthe First-Part: <br />BY: <br />W.C.
