LEASE AGREEMENT <br />RENEWAL <br />NORTH CAROLINA, <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />WHEREAS , A lease agreement was made and entered into as <br />of the 29th day of August, 1983 by and between Orange County, <br />LESSOR and Wake - Opportunities, Inc., TENANT , for space to <br />Fe- used as a Day Care Center at the Cedar Grove Multipurpose, <br />N.C.
