Collins <br />Orange County Planning Director <br />306F Revere Road <br />Hillsborough, N.C. 27278 <br />Dear Mr. Collins: <br />In reviewing your interoffice memorandum written on June 12 <br />about the Wildwood Subdivision, the developer is willing to <br />work with the Orange County planning staff to develop a plan <br />that will solve the drainage problems. <br />The drainage problems will be addressed and corrected. <br />In the area <br />that <br />is currently being requested <br />for rezoning, the <br />requirements <br />for <br />subdivision approval are now <br />different than at <br />the time the <br />existing <br />sections were approved. <br />Therefore when <br />developing <br />the <br />stormwater management plan, <br />the items of <br />stormwater <br />and <br />water from_ springs will <br />be specifically <br />addressed. <br />This <br />should preclude what has happened <br />on the lots <br />in Section 1 <br />and <br />II in Wildwood. <br />Sincerely, <br />Acting for the owner <br />Wildwood Corporation <br />1 <br />
