One lot is proposed <br />to be 40,800 square feet and the other lot 45,600 <br />square feet. <br />EXISTING LAND USE 8 ZONING <br />NORTH - Undeveloped land and R -B Zoning District. <br />SOUTH - Undeveloped wooded land and R- B-Zoning District. <br />EAST - Jo Mac Road (SR 1103) and undeveloped wooded land <br />zoned R -B. <br />WEST - Undeveloped wooded land and R -B Zoning District. <br />
