144 5. It is the Board's CONCLUSION that, If granted, the <br />variance (will/will not) secure the public safety <br />and welfare and (will/will not) do substantial <br />justice. This conclusion is based on all of the <br />FINDINGS OF PACT listed above, as well as the <br />following: - there is no evidence that the variance would <br />adversely affect the rightsof neighbors or any other parties <br />substantial _justice_would be done, considering -that the two <br />lots will each be near' two acres, the rural character of <br />the neighborhood will be maintained, and Mrs. Ripperton will <br />be able to have her children in a nearby house. <br />THEREFORE, on the basis of all the foregoing, IT IS <br />ORDERED that the application for a VARIANCE be (GRANTED/DENI- <br />ED), subject to the following conditions: <br />Ordered this 8th day of <br />Secretary <br />June <br />19 87 . <br />NOTE: IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE DECISION OF THIS <br />BOARD, AN APPEAL MAY BE TAKEN TO THE SUPERIOR COURT <br />OF ORANGE COUNTY WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE <br />DATE THIS ORDER IS SERVED ON YOU.
