A "Class All Private road must be constructed through <br />the frontage of the tract. <br />3. Revise the existing road maintenance agreement or <br />prepare a new road maintenance agreement to provide <br />stipulations for public dedication and require <br />upgrading of the private roads in Spring Crest Meadow <br />to public roads when further subdivision results in <br />density levels which would meet NCDOT standards for <br />acceptance of road maintenance responsibility. <br />
