Hamlett <br />Fire Chief <br />John Forrest <br />The Town of Hillsborough Planning Board recommends approval <br />of the McAdams Major Subdivision contingent upon the following <br />recommendations: <br />1. Access for Lots 3 through 8 be restricted to Westdale Court <br />only. <br />2. Water and sewer be extended at the expense of the developer <br />and.all customary water and sewer extension policies be <br />completed. (see Gatemore recommendation for "customary" policies) <br />3. . Utilities be placed underground consistent with the Town <br />of Hillsborough's Zoning Ordinance Section 5.14 and 5.15. <br />4.
