This proposal <br />meets the Ordinance requirements. However, the plan does not <br />give details of how the runoff will be dispersed, -who will <br />initiate the Implementation of the plan, and who will certify <br />that it has been properly implemented. These details must be <br />worked out before final approval of the plan can be given. <br />R <br />
