There are six (6) <br />lots proposed out of 1.82 acres. The average lot size is <br />0.25 acres. The zoning designation is R -10 (Town of <br />Hillsborough). McAdams Estates - Section One was a two (2) lot <br />minor subdivision approved on January 16, 1987. <br />All applicable agencies have reviewed and commented on the <br />application. The Town of Hillsborough Planning Board has <br />recommended approval of the subdivision subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />(1) Driveway access for Lots 3 through 8 must be restricted <br />to Westdale Court. <br />(2) Water and sewer lines must be extended at the expense <br />of the developer and in accord with Town of <br />Hillsborough water and sewer extension policies as <br />follows: <br />(a) Plans must be submitted by the developer to the <br />Town Engineer for review and approval. Subsequent <br />to his approval, the plans must be approved by the <br />Hillsborough Town Board and the State of North <br />Carolina. <br />
