.. 09'1 <br />IV -8-8 -d <br />Buffers shall be required to separate a proposed sub- <br />division from adjacent major streets and different land <br />uses or zoning designations in order to protect, pre- <br />serve and promote the visual appeal, character and value <br />Of the proposed subdivision and /or surrounding property; <br />to provide for the separation of spaces and provide for <br />a sense of privacy; to promote the public health, <br />and welfare through safety <br />a$ the minimizing potential nuisances such <br />transmission of noise, odor, dust, litter and <br />glare of lights; and to provide screening between incom- <br />patible land uses. <br />Except as otherwise specifically provided in this <br />Ordinance, the type of buffer required between a pro_ <br />posed subdivision and adjacent streets, land uses o <br />zoning designations shall be r <br />spec if led in Article IV -Br <br />8 -d -3 of this Ordinance. <br />Lorat-Inn Ant!
