These amend- <br />ments allow more flexibility in the installation of required <br />plant materials. Plant sizes at installation were reduced <br />to minimize cost to the owner/developer. The amendments <br />apply to all new subdivision applications-. <br />Enforcement of Section IV- B -8 -c -1 was suspended by a mora- <br />torium passed by the Commissioners on December lo 1986. <br />This moratorium was no longer valid when the amendments were <br />adopted. <br />At Its April 27 1987 meeting the Planning Board recommended <br />the following policy. Subdivisions will be exempt from <br />compliance with Section IV-B-8-c-10 Required Landscaping if: <br />(1) In the case of major subdivisions, preliminary plan <br />approval was obtained between December 1, . 1986 and <br />March 24, 1987. <br />
