Plans for proposed community water supply <br />systems shall be approved by the Health <br />Department Director or by the Division of <br />Health Services, Department Of Human Resources, <br />whichever is appropriate. It is the intent of this ordinance that <br />lots not served by a public or approved <br />community water system shall have individual <br />water supplies approved as provided by State <br />law and local ordinances, whichever is appro- <br />priate.
