r <br />090 <br />*V -- C. WASTE WATER nTgtinCMT. <br />V C - 1. Provision shall be made for waste water <br />disposal for each lot platted for sale or <br />development as follows: <br />V - C - 1 - a. Plans for a proposed public or community <br />sewage system shall be approved by the <br />Health Department Director or the Division <br />of Environmental Management of the <br />Department of Natural and Economic Resources, <br />whichever is appropriate. Said system <br />shall be completed according to the approved <br />10. plans; provided that where said improvements <br />are to be installed or constructed subse- <br />quent to the approval of the Final Plat, <br />plans an specs ications for sai improve- <br />ments shall be approved by the appropriate <br />agencies and reference$ to said improvements <br />provided in Section III, Subsection E� �- 5- <br />d herein. <br />V - C - 1 - b. Where individual on site waste disposal <br />systems are proposed, such systems shall <br />be consistent with State Laws and local <br />ordinances.
