Fiscal Year 2014-15 Budqet Amendment#7 <br /> The Board approved budget and capital project ordinance amendments for fiscal year 2014-15 <br /> for the Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks and Recreation, Health Department, <br /> Cooperative Extension, Emergency Services Department Orange Rural Fire Department and <br /> Orange Grove Fire Department. <br /> e. Application for North Carolina Education Lottery Proceeds for Chapel Hill — Carrboro <br /> City Schools (CHCCS) and Continqent Approval of Budqet Amendment # 7-A Related <br /> to CHCCS Capital Proiect Ordinances <br /> The Board approved an application to the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction <br /> (NCDPI) to release proceeds from the NC Education Lottery account related to FY 2014-15 <br /> debt service payments for Chapel Hill — Carrboro City Schools (CHCCS), and approved Budget <br /> Amendment#7-A (amended School Capital Project Ordinances), contingent on the NCDPI's <br /> approval of the application. <br /> f. Resolution Authorizinq Staff to File Applications with the Federal Transit <br /> Administration <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, authorizing the Orange <br /> County Transportation Planner and Orange Public Transportation Administrator to file <br /> applications with the Federal Transit Administration for Federal financial assistance. <br />
