Fleming, Jr., PE, Engineering /Stormwater Supervisor <br />DATE: 05/07/15 <br />PROJECTS: Various <br />SUBJECT: DAC Reviews, May 7, 2015 <br />PROJECTS REVIEWED REQUIRING E &SC COMMENTS: <br />SU15 -0002 (White Cross Solar LLC): Special Use Permit Class A <br />Having reviewed the subject project, Erosion & Sedimentation Control / Stormwater staff <br />members understand this proposal must proceed through certain discretionary actions in <br />order to determine functional and economic viability, prior to the developers investing in <br />more detailed design and subsequent jurisdictional submittals for compliance reviews and <br />permits. <br />That being stated, we find no fundamental objections to these projects moving forward <br />through discretionary approvals, subject to future submittals addressing the requirements in <br />the Unified Development Ordinance pertaining to Erosion & Sedimentation Control and <br />Stormwater. <br />We do ask that the permit contain a condition requiring the issuance of required Erosion <br />Control /Stormwater permits prior to any earth disturbing activity. <br />C: \Users\mharvey\AppData \Local \Microsoft \Windows \Temporary Internet Files\ Content.
