The committee members who were
present decided that the language for the proposed ordinance amendment should be, "not more than a
total of three hours in atwenty-four-hour period."
As only three members of the committee were present it was decided that the language should be ratified
by email so that there was a record of the majority approval. All members of the Tethering Committee
approved that the language of the ordinance amendment should be, "not more than a total of three hours
in atwenty-four-hour period."
Meeting Adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
Staff then brought this language back to the Animal Services Advisory Board for final approval at its
Apri116`", 2008 meeting.
