~3 <br />Tethering Committee Report <br />July 30th, 2007 <br />On the basis of its consideration of the Tethering Committee's recommendations, the ASAB is <br />expected to decide whether to recommend any ordinance amendments to the BOCC. As the <br />County's sole legislative body, the BOCC would decide whether to enact any recommended <br />amendments, and its own deliberations would be based upon a public hearing about any proposed <br />amendment, as well as the materials and recommendations received from the ASAB and Tethering <br />Committee. <br />15 <br />
