31 <br />Subject: Summary of Environmental Data Resources Report, Harts Mill Village, 1031 Frazier Road, <br />Mebane, North Carolina 27302 <br />Dear Ms. Ansardi: <br />A review of standard federal and state environmental record sources pertaining to the above referenced <br />Site and surrounding area was conducted using Environmental Data Resources (EDR) on -line database <br />services on March 9, 2015. The EDR Geocheck Report was generated using the minimum search distances <br />recommended in the ASTM 1527 -13 Standard. At the request of Hart's Mill, LLC, a site inspection was not <br />completed as part of this investigation. A summary of the EDR data is provided below: <br />Site: The Site was not identified in the federal or federal databases searched. A list of the databases <br />searched is provided within the EDR Report attached to this letter. <br />Federal Databases: The Site was identified not identified in the federal databases reviewed. <br />State Databases: The Site was not identified in the federal databases reviewed. <br />Abutting Properties: No Abutting Properties to the Site were identified in either the federal or state <br />databases. <br />Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps: The Site is an unmapped property. <br />Building Report: There are no building reports on record. <br />Environmental Liens: There are no environmental liens associated with the property. It should be noted <br />that a 50 year chain of title was not conducted as part of this investigation. <br />Historical Topographic Maps: Historical Topographic Maps from 1968, 1994, and 2002 were reviewed. <br />Each of the maps indicated that the Site was wooded property with a pond created sometime between <br />1955 and 1968 along the western boundary of the Site. The surrounding areas are a mixture of <br />undeveloped, wooded land and residential homes. <br />Historical Aerial Photographs: Historical Aerial Photographs from 1955, 1975, 1982, 1993, 1998, 1905, <br />2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012 were reviewed. In 1955 the Site and surrounding area consists of <br />wooded land. By 1975, a pond located near the western boundary of the Site is present.
