Harvey, Current Planning Supervisor with Orange County, North Carolina, DO <br />HEREBY CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.8.7 and 2.9.2 of the <br />Orange County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) I have mailed, or have caused to be <br />mailed, a Notice of Public Hearing regarding the processing of a Zoning Atlas Amendment <br />application submitted by Hart's Mill LLC and Alana Ennis to rezone a 112 acre parcel of <br />property to Master Planned Development Conditional Zoning (MPD -CZ) to allow for the <br />development of village style residential development and farm on a parcel of property <br />identified utilizing Orange County Parcel Identification Number (PIN) 9835 -74 -8573 within <br />the Cheeks Township of Orange County. <br />The owners were identified according to the Tax Records and as required by the UDO. <br />The mailed notice specified the date, time, place and subject of the Public Hearing. <br />WITNESS my hand, this 8t" day of May, 2015. <br />Mi hael D.
