259 <br />Election to forego public recycling: <br />As a condition of approval of the development plan, the Applicant agrees to forgo public recycling collection <br />and agrees to the following conditions which shall be made a stipulation of final approval: <br />1. The site will not receive public recycling collection now or in the future unless a satisfactory recycling <br />storage & collection station is constructed to County standards or contingency for such a station is <br />included and shown on the current development plans. <br />2. Applicant must require at least the same level of current and future recycling service to its clientele as <br />that provided by Orange County Community Recycling. <br />3. County fees for recycling associated with this property will not be waived now or in the future. <br />
