Consistent with our previous discussion I am writing <br />to advise that the connection of the proposed subdivision road is allowable subject to the <br />requirements of the NCDOT Policy on Street and Driveway Access to North Carolina Highways. <br />Prior to performing work in the NCDOT right of way, it will be necessary for you to submit a <br />driveway permit along with complete engineering plans per NCDOT requirements for approval. <br />It is my understanding that you are preparing a traffic impact study as required by the Orange <br />County Planning Department.
