The surrounding areas are a mixture of <br />undeveloped, wooded land and residential homes. <br />Historical Aerial Photographs: Historical Aerial Photographs from 1955, 1975, 1982, 1993, 1998, 2005, <br />2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012 were reviewed. In 1955 the Site and surrounding area consists of <br />wooded land. By 1975, a pond located near the western boundary of the Site is present. In the period <br />from 1982 through 2012 the Site remains wooded with the pond located along the western boundary of <br />the Site. <br />Orange County DEAPR Assessment <br />Orange County Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks & Recreation conducted a preliminary <br />assessment of the natural and cultural resources on or adjacent to the subject property in the fall of <br />2014. Excerpts from their letter dated 12/9/2014 and attached to this report include the following <br />statements: <br />Natural Resources: There is no significant natural heritage area (SNHA) known to exist on or <br />adjacent to the subject property, however the perennial stream that flows through the length of <br />Hart's Mill Environmental Assessment 1 3 <br />
