Emerson Waldorf School is applying for a SUP with Orange County to expand its <br /> existing education facilities on Millhouse Road, and Orange County has a requirement that the <br /> applicant must provide evidence to how such an SUP might influence values on the surrounding <br /> properties and neighborhood, which is the subject of this Impact Analysis. The site was visited & <br /> photographed on April 13, 2015, data was collected and analyzed relative to the assignment and <br /> results and developed opinions are provided in this Impact Analysis. <br /> In other words, the Scope of Work is the extent of the process in which data was collected, <br /> confirmed, &reported, sufficient to satisfy the Purpose of the Assignment, <br />
