.19 <br /> 3.1.17 Protection of Property Values - Elements of future phases of construction shall be arranged to <br /> have minimum negative impact on values of adjoining property and other on-site uses.The organization <br /> of campus buildings and the orientation of the campus on site are designed to minimize unnecessary <br /> disturbance of natural areas, concentrate high activity areas into the center of the property, and <br /> maximize natural buffers adjacent to surrounding properties. This proposed master plan is not <br /> anticipated to negatively impact the adjacent lot values since the actual "use" of the property will not be <br /> changing. <br /> 3.1.18 Neighborhood Meetings <br /> A neighborhood meeting was held on January 6, 2015 at the Orange County Planning Department. All <br /> neighbors within 500 Lf. of the school property were notified of the meeting by certified mail. A <br /> subsequent meeting was held on April 10, 2015 @ 12:00 p.m. at the same location. All notification <br /> standards were provided as required by Orange County's UDO. <br /> 4. CONCLUSION <br /> Development and operation of the EWS Campus will be conducted in strict accordance with all <br /> applicable requirements of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance and applicable Master Plan Conditions <br /> of Approval as amended for the school campus. This Special Use Permit application and associated <br /> plans are compiled and submitted in order to convey the owner's intent. Timely review and processing <br /> of the information is appreciated and further input and guidance from staff and the respective boards is <br /> welcomed. <br />
