We have completed our review and would like to offer the following comments: <br /> • We understand from the application narrative that faculty and students drive to the <br /> school; we would encourage carpooling and single occupancy vehicle alternatives <br /> • We recommend including some bicycle parking with the development proposal <br /> • We recommend additional signage and/or solar flashing beacons on Millhouse Road to <br /> alert motorists of the school zone and pedestrian crossings to and from the proposed j <br /> gymnasium <br /> i <br /> i <br /> • We recommend lowering the 30mph speed limit on Millhouse House Road near the <br /> school for added safety of students and faculty members j <br /> 1 <br /> • It appears that the design may include a `kiss and go' lane between Millhouse Road and <br /> the building.
