In the attached report, MSTA has <br /> provided additional recommendations intended to further improve operations on the site.This office has no objection <br /> to the master plan proceeding through the County SUP process subject to the applicant implementing these <br /> recommendations. Because the proposed new access lies beyond State maintenance limits, no driveway permit is <br /> required from this office. However,it remains the responsibility of the school to manage internal circulation and <br /> accommodate internal queues so as to not negatively impact the adjacent State roads.Any installation or work <br /> performed in the NCDOT right of way will require approval and execution of the appropriate encroachment agreement <br /> by this office.
