EXISTING BUILDING/SITE INFORMATION(C2 and C-3): <br /> As required under Section 5.8.4 of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance <br /> (UDO), you are required to provide a breakdown of existing conditions on the property, <br /> including the number and square footage of existing buildings. On Sheet C-2 you provide <br /> notes on `Building Schedule' that provides what appears to staff to be a breakdown of <br /> existing buildings and square footages. If this is correct please rename the block <br /> appropriately to indicate you are providing a breakdown of existing building(s), their uses, <br /> and square footages. <br /> Response: The `Building Schedule" has been renamed "Existing Building Information" <br /> and total square footage and building counts have been added <br /> We also request the following information as required by Section 5.8.4 of the UDO: <br /> 1. Provide a detailed breakdown on Sheet C-2 in the total number of employees/staff <br /> laid out as follows: <br /> a. Students per grade level, <br /> b. Teachers, <br /> c. Admin workers, <br /> d. Grounds/maintenance, <br /> e. Other Emerson Waldorf employees, including part-time,and <br /> f. Daycare employees as well as students. <br /> Please note: You will need to differentiate between the daycare staff and <br /> Emerson Waldorf staff as the there are different requirements associated with <br /> each entity (i.e. parking, special use permit standards, and state requirements <br /> etc.). <br /> Please provide a note on the site plan denoting the daycare operation is a <br /> permitted use of property subject to a previously issued Class B Special Use <br /> Permit by the County. <br /> The plan will need to note/label the `daycare' area including: classroom(s), <br /> outdoor play area (and required sq. ft.), parking, etc. You also need to keep <br /> in mind nothing associated with this plan can reduce required play area (i.e. <br /> 75 sq. ft. outdoor play area per child) for the previously approved daycare <br /> use. <br /> Response: "Existing Student & Staff Information" table has been adder/ with the above <br /> information and notes as requested Modifications to plgv area are not proposed on the <br /> nnasterplan. Should additions to students be made we request that the school provide for <br /> evidence of required area at the time of the Site Plan Approval. <br />
