Request for master trash and recycling plan illustrating areas for solid waste pick <br /> and/or disposal areas. Note, this may be contracted privately but the areas need <br /> to be defined to ensure no site conflicts (e.g. utility lines and parking). <br /> VI. PROGRAMMING: <br /> 1. Outline on the Master Plan (and in the narrative) activities beyond normal school <br /> operations that may occur (e.g. internal and/or external programs anticipated in <br /> the Gym, Eurhythmy, Auditorium and Arts Center, Ball field). This should <br /> demonstrate intensity, frequency, type of use and special provisions. <br /> For example, the Auditorium is envisioned to have XX specials events each year <br /> consisting of YY activities with ZZ participants. <br /> 2. Illustrate number of seats and/or other performance standards used to meet off- <br /> site parking requirements (e.g. Auditorium: 200 seats. 50 spaces provided at <br /> rate of 1 parking space per 4 seats). <br /> VII. OFF-STREET LIGHTING: <br /> 1. Provide a Photometric Plan as required in UDO Section 6.11. The Plans should <br /> lighting for all outdoor areas (e.g. balls fields, trails and off street parking areas). <br /> VIII. EMERGENCY SERVICES: <br /> 1. Please address Jason Shepherd's comment (via e-mail on January 5, 2015) <br /> regarding the narrative Section 3.1.10 Fire Protection. <br /> "My recollection of my meeting did not indicate me saying that there are <br /> adequate water supplies for the property for future expansion. We currently have <br /> to my knowledge, appropriate water supply, but 1 stated that depending on future <br /> growth, future code changes and design, there is a possibility that a municipal <br /> water supply may be needed for fire protection of designed buildings. / cannot <br /> rule out design and code requirements." <br /> As discussed in our meetings, we encourage you to address the above concerns <br /> and questions well in advance of the Public Hearing.
