We currently have
to my knowledge, appropriate water supply, but 1 stated that depending on future
growth, future code changes and design, there is a possibility that a municipal
water supply may be needed for fire protection of designed buildings. / cannot
rule out design and code requirements."
As discussed in our meetings, we encourage you to address the above concerns
and questions well in advance of the Public Hearing. We also encourage you to start
preparing your evidence to be entered into the record as well as expert witnesses you
may need to address any concerns or specific findings of fact.
6
