132 <br /> Below are the first round staff comments and questions for the request. These are <br /> intended to help you craft your materials, evidence to be submitted at the Quasi-Judicial <br /> hearing to be held by the Orange County Board of Commissioners (BOCC) tentatively <br /> scheduled for Monday, February 23, 2015. <br /> I. EXISTING BUILDING/SITE INFORMATION (C2 and C-3): <br /> As required under Section 5.8.4 of the Orange County Unified Development <br /> Ordinance (UDO), you are required to provide a breakdown of existing conditions on <br /> the property, including the number and square footage of existing buildings. On <br /> Sheet C-2 you provide notes on `Building Schedule' that provides what appears to <br /> staff to be a breakdown of existing buildings and square footages. If this is correct <br /> please rename the block appropriately to indicate you are providing a breakdown of <br /> existing building(s), their uses, and square footages. <br /> We also request the following information as required by Section 5.8.4 of the UDO: <br /> 1. Provide a detailed breakdown on Sheet C-2 in the total number of <br /> employees/staff laid out as follows: <br /> a. Students per grade level, <br /> b. Teachers, <br /> c. Admin workers, <br /> d. Grounds/maintenance, <br /> e. Other Emerson Waldorf employees, including part-time, and <br /> f. Daycare employees as well as students. <br /> Please note: You will need to differentiate between the daycare staff <br /> and Emerson Waldorf staff as the there are different requirements <br /> associated with each entity (i.e. parking, special use permit standards, <br /> and state requirements etc.). <br /> Please provide a note on the site plan denoting the daycare operation <br /> is a permitted use of property subject to a previously issued Class B <br /> Special Use Permit by the County. <br /> The plan will need to note/label the `daycare' area including: <br /> classroom(s), outdoor play area (and required sq. ft.), parking, etc. <br /> You also need to keep in mind nothing associated with this plan can <br /> reduce required play area (i.e. 75 sq. ft. outdoor play area per child) for <br /> the previously approved daycare use. <br /> 2. Under the parking information provide additional detail on the size and <br /> dimensions of the parking spaces as required under Section 5.8.4 (A) (1) (a) <br /> of the UDO You will also to identify the uses of said spaces as follows: <br /> a.
