is <br />Contract #68-2001 <br />Northen Blue, L.L.P. <br />The Contractor shall be compensated at the hourly rate set forth in this contract for <br />attendance at programs, meetings and seminars relating to Social Services law, and for <br />any training provided to the Deparhnent's employees, and shall be reimbursed for <br />lodging; and transportation necessary for attendance at those programs, meetings, <br />seminars and presentations. <br />The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services of clerks and legal assistants hired to <br />assist the Contractor in the performance of the Contractor's duties to the County, and the <br />cost of faxing telephone, co~~g, and postal expenses at a flat rate of $500.00/month. <br />Related costs and expenses advanced by the Contractor on behalf of the County shall be <br />reimbursed to Contractor. <br />The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services of expert witnesses hired to assist the <br />Contractor in the performance of the Contractor's duties to the County. <br />F.
