Pharmacy Contract <br />Jufy 1, 2008 -June 30, 2009 <br />• V. Insurance/Liability <br />A. The Contractor agrees to obtain personal liability insurance and agrees <br />that they are operating as an Independent Contractor and that no <br />benefits, including Worker's Compensation coverage, is available to them <br />from Orange County. Proof of insurance will be presented to the <br />Department annually. <br />B. The Contractor agrees to hold Orange County and the Department <br />harmless from any and all accidental injury or persona{ loss during <br />pharmacy services to the Department. <br />VI. Termination <br />Either party may terminate this agreement without cause with 60 days written <br />notice.
