29 <br />34 <br /> Minutes shall be kept of all board meetings. <br />Rule 30. Minutes. <br />Minutes will be presented to the board on the regular meeting <br />agenda. Substantive changes, including changes in content, will <br />made in open session. Other changes may be provided to the clerk <br />The exact wording of each motion and the results of each vote sh <br />be recorded in the minutes. On the request of any board member <br />the board shall be polled by name on any vote. <br />Minutes of closed sessions will be presented to the board dur- <br />ing a closed session held under G.S. 143-318.11(a)(1). Motion <br />to go into closed session should state that one purpose of the <br />session is Ñto prevent the disclosure of information that is mad <br />privileged or confidential by G.S. 143-318.10(e).Ò <br />Minutes and general accounts of closed sessions shall be con- <br />sidered sealed automatically.
