16 <br />21 <br />Petitions/Resolutions/Proclamations and other similar requests <br />submitted by the public will not be acted upon by the Board of <br />Commissioners at the time presented. All such requests will be <br />ferred for Chair/Vice Chair/Manager review and for recommenda- <br />tions to the full Board at a later date regarding a) considerati <br />the request at a future regular Board meeting; or b) receipt of <br />request as information only. Submittal of information to the Bo <br />or receipt of information by the Board does not constitute appro <br />endorsement, or consent. <br />Comment: The board may decide as a matter of general policy to <br />aside part of each meeting for individuals or groups to address <br />board. The rule allows any individual or group to get on the age <br />but lets the board decide whether there is time to hear its comm <br />Rule 10.
