Multiple amendments have been made since that time. <br />At the February 10, 2015 BOCC work session, the Board discussed the Board Comments <br />section of the agenda. The Board suggested modifying the regular meeting agenda to add <br />“Announcements” to the “Petitions by Board Members” portion of the regular meetings. The <br />intent of the change was to allow BOCC members an opportunity to announce events which the <br />public might attendearlier in the meeting. The revision was subsequently approved formally at <br />the March 3, 2015 regular Board meeting. <br />The current Order of Business for regular Board meetings is as follows: <br />1. Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br />Public Charge <br />2. Public Comments (Limited to One Hour) <br />3. Announcements/Petitions by Board Members (Three Minute Limit PerCommissioner) <br />4. Proclamations/Resolutions/Special Presentations <br /> <br />
