<br /> UNC Chapel Hill Brauer Hall Renovation,Chapel Hili, NC -Craig served as Structural
<br /> Project Manager for the renovation of 104,000 square feet of the facility, Including the
<br /> ground, first, third and fourth floor. Structural work for the project Included the infill of
<br /> several floor openings at various floors;The large floor openings at the first floor and fourth
<br /> floor lobby spaces were filled in to create two new bathrooms on each of these floors.
<br /> NC State University Jordan Hall Addition,Raleigh,INC-Craig was the Project Manager/
<br /> Engineer of Record for the$12 million,42,000 square foot project,which involved the
<br /> addition of classrooms, lecture halls, distance learning centers and classroom labs for the
<br /> College of Natural Resources and Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Basement-level parking
<br /> was also added, requiring a multi-story pedestrian bridge, connecting the new addition to the
<br /> existing building.
<br /> Rex Cancer Hospital Additions and Renovations,Raleigh,NC-Craig is the Structural
<br /> Project Manager for this project, which consists of includes the 84,000 square foot addition
<br /> and partial renovation to the existing cancer hospital.The addition consists of eight stories
<br /> (Including lower levels) and is designed to support two future additional stories,The project
<br /> also Includes a new central energy plant to house three new standby generators separated
<br /> from a battery of six boilers by a corridor.
<br /> North Carolina Court of Appeals Renovation, Raleigh, INC-Craig served as Structural
<br /> Project Manager for this extensive renovation to the NC Court of Appeals which included
<br /> major structural alterations.A monumental stair and new elevator were added. Roof skylight
<br /> was created, and the existing exterior stairs up to the roof were extended. Existing floor
<br /> openings were In-filled, new openings were created for the mechanical improvements,and
<br /> dunnage was provided for new rooftop mechanical equipment. A dumbwaiter was also added.
