RES-2015-025 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF <br /> THE FY 2015-2020 CONSOLIDATED PLAN FOR THE CONSORTIUM <br /> ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the Orange County Board of Commissioners, that the Commissioners <br /> authorize the County Manager to submit the FY 2015-2020 Consolidated Plan for housing and <br /> community development programs to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development <br /> for the Orange County Consortium including all understandings, assurances, and certifications <br /> required therein. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Manager is hereby designated as the authorized <br /> representative of the County to act in connection with the submission of the FY 2015-2020 <br /> Consolidated Plan and the annual updates to provide such additional information as may be <br /> required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> This 5thday of May 2015. <br />
