The attached drawing,shows the scope of work and includes a proposed phasing plan. <br /> 1 The mechanical cost estimate includes the air supply, and air return distribUti011 system <br /> required for the new space but the cost of 1-00410P unit replacement and/or new rooftop units <br /> which will be required due to increased occupant load for the proposed upfit is not included in <br /> Our estimate. <br /> 3. The total budget does not include any FIFE budget. We can assist in creating a budget for this <br /> Upfilt, but obviously any budget line items added to the total will affect the proposed Upfit. <br /> 4.
