Eno Ridge Subdivision Petition Information <br />INFORMATION CONTACT: <br />Abigaile Pittman, 245 -2567 <br />Tom Altieri, 245 -2575 <br />Michael Harvey, 245 -2597 <br />Craig Benedict, 245 -2585 <br />PURPOSE: To make a recommendation to the North Carolina Department of <br />Transportation ( NCDOT), and the North Carolina Board of Transportation ( NCBOT) on a <br />petition to add seven (7) subdivision roads in Eno Ridge Subdivision to the State <br />Maintained Secondary Road System. <br />BACKGROUND: In accordance with North Carolina General Statute §136 -62, the BOCC <br />is required to make a recommendation regarding petitions for addition of roads to the North <br />Carolina Board of Transportation ( NCBOT) before NCDOT can consider the petition. <br />This request includes a petition for seven (7) road additions to the State Maintained <br />Secondary Road System.
