Local Government Review: <br />Staff will transmit the proposed <br />amendment to the Towns of Chapel <br />Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough for <br />courtesy review in the month of <br />September 2015. <br />The Orange County Sheriff's office will <br />also be asked to comment on the <br />proposal. <br />d. FISCAL IMPACT <br />Consideration and approval will not create the need for additional funding for the <br />provision of County services. Costs for the required legal advertisement will be paid <br />from FY2015 -16 Departmental funds budgeted for this purpose. Existing Planning <br />staff included in the Departmental staffing budget will accomplish the work required <br />to process this amendment. <br />D. AMENDMENT IMPLICATIONS <br />The amendment will establish comprehensive regulations governing the development <br />and operation of sexually oriented businesses consistent with applicable State and <br />Federal law. <br />E. SPECIFIC AMENDMENT LANGUAGE <br />Will be available as part of the quarterly public hearing meeting materials. <br />11 <br />
