RES- 2015 -025 <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF <br />THE FY 2015 -2020 CONSOLIDATED PLAN FOR THE CONSORTIUM <br />ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />K <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Orange County Board of Commissioners, that the Commissioners <br />authorize the County Manager to submit the FY 2015 -2020 Consolidated Plan for housing and <br />community development programs to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />for the Orange County Consortium including all understandings, assurances, and certifications <br />required therein. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Manager is hereby designated as the authorized <br />representative of the County to act in connection with the submission of the FY 2015 -2020 <br />Consolidated Plan and the annual updates to provide such additional information as may be <br />required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />This 5t "day of May 2015. <br />
