Initiative: Safe Havens <br />4 <br />A <br />Implementation Timeline and Budget <br />2015 -2016 Amount Notes <br />A decrease in the Maintenance budget ($320,000) <br />for funds identified to meet the Safe Havens <br />report. <br />Expected Results <br />The Orange County Schools previously completed a comprehensive analysis of safety needs through Safe <br />Havens. The report indicated areas for investment in order to meet facility and safety standards. The use of <br />previously allocated funds will be used to complete approved projects. <br />Evidence or Reasoning for this Recommendation <br />Funds appropriated in the 2014 -2015 budget will be utilized to complete projects identified by Safe Havens.
