Only new agreements will require <br />board attorney review. <br />Evidence or Reasoning for this Recommendation <br />A number of process improvements including a comprehensive legal review of discipline policies and procedures <br />as well as student transfer and application policies and procedures have been undertaken this year and are <br />expected to conclude by the end of the fiscal year. Attorney reviews of contracts and agreements are fewer as a <br />result of the use of standard form contracts. Many agreements not previously reviewed have now been <br />reviewed and approved by the Board.
