The Board will consider making appointments to the Orange Unified Transportation Board. A motion was made by Commissioner Pelissier, seconded by Commissioner Price to appoint the following to the Orange Unified Transportation Board: • Mr. John Rubin to a first full term (Position #9) Orange County Planning Advocate expiring 09/30/2017. VOTE: UNANIMOUS A motion was made by Commissioner porosin, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to appoint the following to the Orange Unified Transportation Board: • David I. Laudicina to fill a partial term in the vacant Cheeks Township Position (#2), with an expiration date of 9/30/2016, which has been vacant for more than 6 months, in reference to their newly adopted amendment to the advisory board policy. Mr. Laudicina is not from Cheeks Township. He is from Bingham Township but since this position has been so difficult to fill, this proposal is to fill it with another applicant on the listing.
