Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br />PUBLIC CH.~RGE <br />The Baard of Commissioners pledges to the citizens of Grange County its respect. The Boas°d asks its citizens to <br />conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow citizens. At carry time <br />should any member of the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the offending <br />person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be re.storec~ the <br />Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this parblic charge is observed All <br />electronic devices such as cell phones, pagers, and computers should please be turned off or set to silent/vibrate. <br />2. Proclamations/ Resolutianst Special Presentations <br />a. EA-ZS t~~'eek Proclamation <br />The Board t~~~ill consider proclaiming the t~~eek of May 18 through 24, 2448 as Emergency Medical Services <br />Week in Orange County and authorize the Chair to sign the proclamation. <br />b. Older Americans Month Proclamation <br />The Board will consider designating the month of flay as Older Americans Month to honor older residents <br />for their contributions to society and authorize the Chair to sign the proclamation. <br />c. «~orkforce Development Professionals Nlonth Proclamation <br />The Board will consider proclaiming the month of May as t~'orkforce Development Professionals Month and <br />authorize the Chair to sign the proclamation. <br />d. «'orkforce Development Board (tiVDB) Amiual Report <br />The Board «~ill receive the annual report for fiscal year, July 1, 2446 -June 34, 2447, prepared by the <br />Regional Partnership Local Area on t~'orkforce Investment Act Programs. <br />e. Presentation by the Library Services Task Force <br />
