What outcome is sought by this objective? Would coalition-proposed objective H-3.5 achieve a <br />similar result. HUD code and Farmer's Home Administration regulations are sometimes incompatible. <br />A home cannot be built to meet the HUD code and the NCRBC. FHA. standards are probably at or <br />below minimum NCRBC and are intended to apply only when an FHA loan is involved.
