The user will be responsible for opening gates to the dumpster area on <br />collection days of any nnab*r|aKa\tobo collected from this |ocetion." <br />Blocked Service: <br />We recommend the following note be included on the plans prior to issuance of a Zoning Compliance Permit: "if any <br />vehicles are parked in the refuse or recyclables collection vehicle access area, the containers will not receive service until <br />the next scheduled collection doy." <br />Label Dumpsters: <br />We recommend that the revised plans label each bulk waste container for type of material to be collected. <br />Heavy Duty PavinqPvVaiver: <br />We recommend the collection vehicle access route to any area containing recyclable material collection containers be <br />paved with all-weather, heavy-duty pavement OR the following note be included on the plans and recorded on the plat: <br />"Orange County will not be responsible for any pavement damage that may result from service vehicles." <br />Overhead wires: <br />We recommend the property owner address refuse service access in relation to the height of any overhead wires at the <br />entrance bo the collection area. Any-merhead wires must be raised boa minimum of18'amd any other overhead <br />impediment(s) to access will need to be raised to a minimum height of 16'or relocated before service vehicles could <br />service any waste through this route. <br />We recommend that the applicant reserve space for segregated grease rendering/recycling ooUectonendconoidor <br />providing space for segregated food waste collection near the delivery entrance for any building which currently houses, <br />proposes to include or may at some future date incorporate a restaurant, cafeteria, bar, or other food service facility at <br />any time. Commercial grease wastes are not allowed disposed with regular wastes. <br />- <br />NOTES TO BE PLACED ON FINAL PLANS: <br />Construction Waste: <br />1. 8v Orange County Ordinance, clean wood waste, scrap metal and corrugated cardboard, all present in <br />construction waste, must berecycled. <br />2. By Orange County Ordinance, all haulers of construction waste must be properly licensed. <br />3. Prior to any demolition or construction activity on the site the applicant *will hold a pre-demolition/pre-construction <br />conference with the County's Solid Waste staff.
