The following <br />items are proposed for consideration at the May 19, 2008 Quarterly Public Hearing. <br />A. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />1. Eno Small Area Plan: An appointed citizen Task Force has been working with Orange <br />County Staff to develop a Small Area Plan for the Eno EDD (Economic Development <br />District) Area since June 2006. The draft of the plan is now complete and contains <br />Recommendations in the following topic areas: <br />• Water and Sewer <br />• Land Use and Zoning <br />• Transportation <br />• Housing <br />• Parks, Recreation and Open Space <br />• Communications <br />• Intergovernmentallssues <br />• Other Recommendations, including: <br />o Potential Strategic Growth and Rural Conservation (SCRC Program) <br />o Plan Updates <br />o Implementation <br />
