Orange County Planning Board —Appointments <br /> 2 The Board considered making appointments to the Orange County Planning Board. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Pelissier to <br /> 5 appoint the following to the Orange County Planning Board: <br /> 6 <br /> 7 • Mr. H.T. "Buddy" Hartley to a second full term (Position #2) Little River Township expiring <br /> 8 03/31/2018. <br /> 9 • Tony Blake to a second full term (Position #4) Bingham Township with a term expiring <br /> 10 3/31/2018. <br /> 11 • Ms. Andrea Rohrbacher to a second full term (Position #7) At-Large representative expiring <br /> 12 03/31/2018. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Commissioner Jacobs said he had asked for attendance records for these <br /> 17 reappointments, and it looked like that most people had excused absences when they did not <br /> 18 attend, and some had up to five or six a year. He expressed concerns about this. <br /> 19 Commissioner Rich said she feels this is worth future discussion. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 f. Orange Unified Transportation Board —Appointments <br /> 22 The Board will consider making appointments to the Orange Unified Transportation <br /> 23 Board. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 A motion was made by Commissioner Pelissier, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> 26 appoint the following to the Orange Unified Transportation Board: <br /> 27 <br /> 28 •Mr. John Rubin to a first full term (Position #9) Orange County Planning Advocate expiring <br /> 29 09/30/2017. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 32 <br /> 33 A motion was made by Commissioner Dorosin, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br /> 34 appoint the following to the Orange Unified Transportation Board: <br /> 35 <br /> 36 • David I. Laudicina to fill a partial term in the vacant Cheeks Township Position (#2), with <br /> 37 an expiration date of 9/30/2016, which has been vacant for more than 6 months, in <br /> 38 reference to their newly adopted amendment to the advisory board policy. Mr. Laudicina <br /> 39 is not from Cheeks Township. He is from Bingham Township but since this position has <br /> 40 been so difficult to fill, this proposal is to fill it with another applicant on the listing. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 43 <br /> 44 12.
