Provide a note indicating existing foliage will be protected <br /> in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.8, including <br /> the following specific references: <br /> t <br /> 1. Per 6.8.4 (A) (1) of the UDO, the site plan shall <br /> be modified to include a note indicating that all <br /> existing trees are located within the Primary Tree I <br /> Protection Area as defined within the UDO, I <br /> 2. Per Section 6,8.4 (B) (1) add a note to Sheet C5.1 <br /> reading as follows: <br /> Existing trees, regardless of size, shall not <br /> be cut or otherwise damaged or destroyed <br /> within a primary tree protection area <br /> except as shown on an approved <br /> Landscape and Tree Preservation Plan, <br /> plot plan, or site plan <br /> 3. Per Section 6.8.4 (B) (3) add a note reading as <br /> follows: <br /> During construction activities, adequate <br /> protective measures shall be provided to <br /> minimize damage to existing trees and <br /> other vegetation. <br /> i <br /> 4. Section 6.84 (B) (7) add a note reading as <br /> follows: <br /> Signs shall be posted identifying the tree <br /> protection areas and shall state the area <br /> is not to be disturbed. Such protective <br /> devices shall effectively protect the <br /> critical root zones, trunks, and tops of <br /> trees to be retained and shall be <br /> maintained until all work has been <br /> completed <br /> 5.
