Unit of Measurement: Cubic yard in place prior to excavation. <br /> 3. Include the following in the unit price: <br /> a. Excavation,loading,transport,and disposal of all materials. <br /> b. Overhead and profit. <br /> 4. Include all other related costs in the contract sum. <br /> 5.
